With the development of the technology, more and more people want to learn about multimedia technology and interactive technology. Through this week’s study, I have a new understanding of multimedia. In this week’s study, I read Handbook on Multimedia Learning Theory by Richard Mayer. By reading his articles, I found that learning with multimedia is a very interesting and effective learning method.
Through this week’s study, I learned that the EDCI 337 course is based on the study of multimedia design, so I am very interested in this class. This week I learned about AR technology, It is a technology that calculates the position and angle of the camera image in real time and adds the corresponding image. It is a new technology that integrates real world information and virtual world information. The virtual world is set in the real world and interacts.
Also in this week, I learned that WordPress is a powerful open platform on which to build your own blog. On this platform, everyone can create their own posts and also share their opinions and thoughts on other people’s posts. I think blogs also represent the diversity of multimedia and interactive learning.
Overall, by reading the teacher’s introduction to this course, I became very interested in multimedia design. I hope that by studying this course, I can understand and master some multimedia design skills.
